One of the themes of the unscheduled competition of the Presidential grants Fund was social support for older people, including assistance in acquiring skills that correspond to the current level of technological development and social changes.
The goal of the "Second chance" project is to create opportunities for involving elderly citizens in business activities that have minimal investment and, at the same time, are extremely relevant for the development of the Kaliningrad region – services in the tourism sector.
For this population will be developed an educational program conducted public events (lectures, workshops), organized an educational trip for a successful tourist region, and formulated the projects and prepared business plans by the listeners of the educational program.
